A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987)

Freddy Krueger returns with a vengeance in A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, targeting a group of troubled teenagers living in a psychiatric hospital. When Kristen Parker discovers that she can bring other people into her dreams, she joins forces with the other patients to fight Freddy on his own terrifying turf. With the help of Nancy Thompson, the teenagers begin discovering unique abilities within their dreams that may give them a chance against Freddy. Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991)
